£60.00 per person, per night based on 2 people sharing a room. Includes a full English breakfast.

£70.00 per night single occupancy (twin room). £75 per night (double room). Includes a full English breakfast.

Children under 3 free.

£30 per night for 3 to 12 year old's sharing room with parents.

£45 per night for 12 to 16 year old's sharing with parents.

Please ask for discounts for stays of 3 nights or more.

Cancellation & Refund Policy.

In the event of cancellations we will not return your deposit, unless we are notified in writing or by email 7 days before to your stay.

No deposits will be refunded if you fail to arrive.

If you do not arrive as per your booking, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

Electric Car Charging.

Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to offer any electric car charging services. The nearest EV charging points are located in The Cleveland Way carpark, Helmsley, just 8 miles from us.
